Instructions are as follows:

1.	Nominations for 2028 Prize must be made by independent third parties.
2.	Please ensure that the city agrees to be nominated.
3.	Please pen and attach a short recommendation letter (600 words) to support why the city you are nominating should win the Prize.
4.	No entry fee required.
